MyWizdomArchive is your private archive for YouTube videos: save, sort into folders, find again, share select videos with friends, and gather material for your AI tools.

Get started in five minutes

  1. 1. Create your account with the license key and a password of at least 8 characters — and save the recovery code you get afterwards.
  2. 2. Go to Home and create your first folders, e.g. Music, History, Health — and subfolders in each.
  3. 3. Paste a YouTube link, choose a folder, write a note, and save.
  4. 4. Browse the archive in MyFeed and find structure in Explorer.
  5. 5. Check the box on a few videos or files, open the Collection basket, write a prompt, name the basket and copy it all into your AI tool.

License key and login — completely anonymous

  • You create your account with a license key (e.g. WIZ-9821-AF74-2026) and a password you choose yourself. We never ask for your name or email address.
  • Right after signup you get a recovery code. Write it down and keep it safe — it's the only way to set a new password.
  • Forgot your password? Press 'Forgot password' on the login page and enter your license key plus recovery code. No emails are sent.
  • The owner of the app can't see who you are — only whether the key is in use.

Home — your archive

  • This is where you add videos. Paste a YouTube link into the field and the app automatically fetches the title, channel and thumbnail.
  • In the 'Add source' field you can paste a YouTube link or an ordinary web link (article, blog, website). Title, source and image are fetched automatically, and the page's description is added as notes.
  • Press the 'Quote' button to write or paste a quote yourself. You can note who said it and why you remember it.
  • You write the notes yourself — the archive doesn't find or suggest text for you.
  • Use the search field and folder filters to find things again. Every card has buttons to share, add to the collection basket, edit and delete.
  • The 'Shared with me' tab shows videos others have shared with you.

Quotes — you write them yourself

  • On the home page, press 'Quote' instead of 'From link' and write or paste the quote. The app doesn't find it for you — that's intentional.
  • You can write who said it, and why it matters to you. Both are optional.
  • Quotes can be edited, moved to another folder, and deleted like anything else in the archive.
  • They can also be added to a collection basket, so the quote goes along as text to Gemini, ChatGPT or NotebookLM.
  • With the 'Quotes' filter, you see them on their own — on the home page, in Explorer, and in MyFeed.

Explorer — folders

  • All your content shown as a folder tree. Click a folder to expand it.
  • You can create new top-level folders and subfolders, rename them and delete them.
  • At the top you choose whether to see everything together, or only videos, only links, or only quotes.
  • Click a video or file to choose whether it should open in Home, in MyFeed, or directly.
  • Every item can be moved to another folder or deleted.

MyFeed — browse

  • A stream of all your content, either as large images or as a compact list with text alongside.
  • Switch between newest first, random order and alphabetical (A–Z), and search titles and notes.
  • Use the All, Videos, Links and Quotes buttons to choose what the feed shows.
  • Every item has buttons for sharing, 'Add to folder', changing folder and deleting.

Collection basket — for AI tools

  • Check the box on the videos and files you want to work with — or press 'Add to folder' in MyFeed. They're collected in the Collection basket.
  • At the top you write an overall prompt, and under each item you can write a short instruction (max four lines).
  • Give the basket a name and press 'Save as new'. Saved baskets are listed below and can be reopened, edited and saved again or deleted.
  • Each source comes with its title or quote, link (if any), notes and your instruction.
  • Press copy, and the whole package is ready to paste into Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM or similar.
  • The collection basket is saved to your account, so it follows you between computer and browser.

Sharing and comments

  • Your archive is private by default. No one else can see it.
  • Press 'Share with a friend' on a video and enter the person's email. The person must have their own account.
  • They only see that one video — never the rest of your archive. You can remove access again at any time.
  • Under shared videos you can write comments to each other. You can always delete your own comments.

Backup and export of your data

  • On the Privacy & data page you can download your entire archive with one click.
  • The JSON file is a complete copy with videos, notes, folders and timestamps — great for backup.
  • The CSV file can be opened directly in Excel or Numbers if you want an overview in a spreadsheet.
  • The file downloads to your own computer. No one else gets access to it.
  • The database in the cloud is also backed up continuously, so this export is an extra layer of safety.

For the administrator

  • The administrator sees the Reports menu item, where reported content is reviewed and can be dismissed, marked as handled, or removed entirely.
  • The same page has a Download system backup button that fetches a combined JSON file with the whole system's content and a list of accounts.
  • The backup file contains personal data about all users. Store it somewhere safe, and delete it once it's no longer needed.
  • Run a backup before major changes, and regularly besides.
  • Under 'License keys' you create new keys you can give away or sell. They're automatically copied so they can be passed on. A key can be revoked again if needed.

On computer, mobile and as an app

  • Everything works right away in a browser on the computer.
  • On mobile, open the archive's address and choose 'Add to Home Screen'. Then MyWizdomArchive sits as an app icon and opens full screen.
  • The Windows edition installs as an ordinary program. Log in with your license key and password.
  • Everything is saved to your account, so computer, mobile and app all show exactly the same thing. At the bottom of the menu you can see whether you're online.

Security and rules

  • Only genuine YouTube links can be saved — all other addresses are rejected.
  • Titles, notes and comments are checked automatically, and content about abuse, violence, threats, illegal trade or fraud is blocked.
  • By signing up you agree that the archive may only be used for lawful content.
  • Anyone can report a shared video. Reports are reviewed by the administrator, who can remove content.
  • You can always delete your account and all your content on the Privacy & data page.

The app on your computer

The Windows edition runs as an ordinary program on the machine. The window and the app itself run locally, while login, the archive and sharing are fetched from the cloud — just like Spotify or Teams. At the bottom of the menu it says Online or Offline. If you're offline, the most recently fetched copy of your archive is shown, so you can still read and search. YouTube playback, sharing, login and new videos require an internet connection.
